Welcome to Moodang Pizzeria, a unit of Elation Chakra. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, ordering experience, products and related services. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Using the website

You may use the website only for lawful, personal purposes. Information submitted during ordering must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials secure.

Orders and availability

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and receive payment. Products, dates, time slots and same-day capacity are subject to availability. We may decline, limit or cancel an order because of production capacity, service-area limits, suspected fraud, pricing errors or circumstances affecting safe fulfilment.

Our pizzas are made to order. Advance orders can be changed or cancelled only within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Same-day orders are final once accepted.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include 5% GST unless the checkout states otherwise. Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown before payment. Prices and promotions may change, but the confirmed price for an accepted order will not change.

Products, ingredients and allergens

Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Because each pizza is stretched, topped and baked by hand, appearance, blistering, shape and ingredient placement naturally vary.

Our kitchen handles gluten, milk and other allergens and may handle nuts, seeds, eggs and meat. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or eliminate cross-contact. Review the product information and contact us before ordering if you or the recipient has an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement.

Delivery

We deliver to eligible addresses in select Delhi and Gurgaon neighbourhoods. Delivery dates and windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, access or circumstances outside our reasonable control. The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, replacements, order changes and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

The Moodang Pizzeria name, branding, artwork, photographs, copy and website design are owned by Elation Chakra or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

Third-party services

Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners and other service providers may support the website and fulfilment. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. Shopify is the platform provider and is not the seller of Moodang products.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Moodang Pizzeria and Elation Chakra are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers.
