Refund policy

Moodang Pizzeria is a unit of Elation Chakra. Our pizzas are fresh, perishable and made to order against a confirmed delivery date and time slot. Please read this policy before placing an order.

Cancellations and order changes

Advance orders may be cancelled or changed until 1:00 PM on the day before the scheduled delivery date. Once this cutoff has passed, we begin allocating ingredients, dough and production capacity to the order, so change-of-mind cancellations cannot be accepted.

Same-day orders are final once accepted. If we cancel an order because we cannot fulfil it, the amount paid for the affected item or order will be refunded in full.

Fresh food cannot be returned

For food-safety reasons, delivered pizzas and other perishable products cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, taste preference, natural variation in a handmade pizza, or an order placed with incorrect customer details.

Damaged, incorrect or unsafe orders

If an item is missing, incorrect, materially damaged in transit or appears unsafe to consume when delivered, contact us within two hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photographs or video of the item and packaging. Do not consume an item you believe may be unsafe.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, store credit or a refund for the affected item, as appropriate. Claims made after the reporting window or without reasonable evidence may not be eligible.

Delivery issues

Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, access restrictions or events outside our reasonable control. A delay by itself does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. If we cannot complete delivery, we will contact you and resolve the order fairly.

Orders that cannot be delivered because the address or phone number supplied is incorrect, the location is outside our service area, access is refused, or no one is available to receive the order are not normally refundable.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to initiate them within five business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
