Shipping policy

Moodang Pizzeria is a unit of Elation Chakra. We deliver fresh pizza locally to eligible addresses in Delhi and Gurgaon; we do not currently ship outside this service area.

Service area

Delivery is available only to the Delhi and Gurgaon PIN codes and neighbourhoods accepted at checkout. Enter a complete address, PIN code and reachable phone number. We may cancel and refund an order if the destination is outside our active delivery area.

Booking your dough

Our pizzas are prepared around confirmed bookings. You can reserve a future delivery date and available time slot in advance. Remaining production capacity may be released for same-day ordering until 1:00 PM. Dates or slots that are full will not be available to select.

Delivery windows

Available delivery windows are shown when ordering and may include 1–3 PM, 3–5 PM and 5–7 PM. Your order confirmation records the selected date and window. These are estimated arrival windows rather than guaranteed appointment times.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Charges may vary by address, distance, order value or an active promotion.

Receiving your order

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address and that building or gate access is arranged. Our delivery partner may call the number supplied. If delivery cannot be completed because we cannot reach you, the address is incorrect or access is unavailable, redelivery and refunds may not be possible.

Delays and disruptions

Delhi NCR traffic, weather, public restrictions and other circumstances can affect arrival times. If a material delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you. We reserve the right to adjust a slot or cancel an order when safe delivery is not feasible; cancelled orders will be refunded.

Food care

Pizza is best enjoyed promptly after delivery. Inspect the packaging on arrival. If there is a problem, follow our Return and Refund Policy and contact us within two hours. Refrigerate leftovers promptly and reheat thoroughly before eating.
